Vonnie’s new purpose built art studio is now open. “The Art Studio” is situated on the corner of Kauri and Main Streets, Palmerston North and visitors are always welcome.

Her latest paintings are large vibrant iconic expressions of the Manawatu and New Zealand, and they sparkle with her marvellous understanding of colour and light.

Vonnie’s latest illustration contract was with Taramea Publishing, Auckland, and the children’s book “Maketu Whitbait”, Stories of Aotearoa, was launched August the 9th.

Vonnie is currently teaching a series of intensive specialty painting classes in her studio,
these are designed for beginners and artists requiring support with specific landscape techniques.
She is taking bookings for workshops for artist groups and team building experiences for 2009.
